Understanding Your System Options
We believe educated homeowners make the best decisions. Here is a clear breakdown of why each system is configured the way it is and how it treats Southwest Florida water.
1 Treatment Tank + 1 High-Efficiency Brine Tank$2,995How the City Water System Works
Municipal water utilities disinfect city water with chlorine or chloramines and deliver water that is notoriously hard throughout Southwest Florida. While bacteria-free, this leaves mineral scale on your showers, sinks, and appliances, plus an unpleasant chemical pool-water smell and taste.
Our City Water System pairs a heavy-duty resin/media treatment tank with a compact brine tank. The specialized media bed neutralizes chlorine/chloramines and exchanges hard calcium and magnesium ions for clean, softened water at every faucet. The brine tank automatically cleans and recharges the system based on actual household water usage, maximizing salt efficiency and giving you silky smooth showers and spotless dishes.

2 Heavy-Duty Treatment Tanks + 1 High-Efficiency Brine Tank$3,495How the Well Water System Works
Private well water in Southwest Florida comes directly from underground aquifers that contain high levels of dissolved hydrogen sulfide gas (the infamous sulfur 'rotten egg' odor), soluble iron (which oxidizes into stubborn rust/orange stains), organic sediment, and extreme hardness.
A single tank cannot effectively handle both heavy sulfur/iron oxidation and water softening without fouling the media. Our Well Water System uses a 2-tank + brine tank configuration: Tank 1 oxidizes and filters out iron, sulfur odors, and sediment before they reach your plumbing. Tank 2 softens the conditioned water, while the brine tank keeps the softening resin fully regenerated and performing at peak capacity.
Configuration
Two mineral tanks + brine tank
Best For
Homes on private well water
Primary Target
Sulfur odors, iron/rust, sediment & hardness

Multi-Stage Filtration Unit + Dedicated Storage Tank + Designer Faucet$500How Under-Sink Reverse Osmosis Works
While whole-home systems protect your skin, plumbing, and appliances throughout the entire house, Reverse Osmosis (RO) provides an ultra-fine microscopic barrier specifically for the water your family ingests every day.
The system mounts neatly under your kitchen sink. Water passes through multiple stages: a sediment pre-filter, dual carbon block filters to absorb residual chlorine and volatile chemicals, a semi-permeable RO membrane that forces water molecules through pores so small only pure H2O passes through, and a pressurized storage tank paired with a final polishing post-filter.
Configuration
Multi-stage manifold + pressurized tank + faucet
Location
Under the kitchen sink (cabinet mount)
Primary Target
TDS, heavy metals, micro-contaminants, PFAS, lead
